Frostwood Advisory (“we,” “us”) operates this website to describe a free fit check for law firms exploring AI data licensing, and to collect contact details when you submit that fit check.

Information we may collect

Through the fit check form

If you submit the form, we collect the information you provide (such as name, email, firm name, website, employee count, notes, and your quiz answers). We use that information to assess fit and follow up by email.

Through hosting and basic logs

Our hosting provider may collect standard technical logs (for example IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps) to operate and secure the site. We do not run a separate analytics product on this site unless we add one later and update this page.

What we do not collect on this website

How we use information

  • To review fit-check submissions and follow up

We share information only as needed with service providers that help us run the site and email (for example our host and email delivery). If you apply through a buyer referral link later, that buyer processes your application under their own policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep contact and fit-check information only as long as needed for the relationship or as required by law. Hosting logs are retained according to the host’s defaults unless we set a shorter period.
